Evaluation frameworks for the social determinants of cardiovascular disease: A Landscape Review of Existing Approaches

There are strong associations between Social Determinants of Health (SDH) and health outcomes,
specifically for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and in order to understand the psychosocial, biological, and environmental pathways in which SDH affect health outcomes, institutions have developed frameworks for defining and measuring SDH.
